Registration Fees
Students must pay the prescribed registration fee for the Olympiad exam.
Fees vary according to class, subject, and exam type (online/offline).
Mode of Payment
- Fees can be paid online (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) or through school registration (if the exam is conducted via schools).
- Offline fee submission (via demand draft or cash deposit) is accepted only if mentioned officially.
Non-Refundable
Once paid, the registration/exam fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances (including absence on exam day).
Late Fees
- Registrations done after the deadline may attract an additional late fee as per the organization's rules.
- No registration is accepted after the final cut-off date.
Confirmation of Registration
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and generation of the Student Registration Number / Admit Card.
- Students/Schools must keep the payment receipt for future reference.
Multiple Exams
If a student appears for more than one subject, fees must be paid separately for each subject.
School Responsibility (if registered via school)
- Schools must collect fees from students and submit a consolidated payment to the Olympiad body within the deadline.
- Delay in school payment may result in late fees or cancellation of registration.
Fee Concessions / Scholarships
Any fee concession, discount, or scholarship is applicable only if officially mentioned in the Olympiad guidelines.
GST / Additional Charges
- The fee quoted is exclusive of GST or service charges (if applicable).
- Online transaction charges are to be borne by the student/parent/school.
Disputes
- In case of payment failure or duplicate transactions, the refund (if eligible) will be processed as per the Olympiad body's refund policy.
- All disputes related to fees and payments fall under the jurisdiction of the exam-conducting organization's registered office.
