Terms & Conditions

1. Registration

Students must complete the registration process within the prescribed dates.
Registration can be done individually (online) or through schools.
Incomplete or false information may lead to cancellation of registration.

2. Eligibility

Open for students from Class 1 to Class 10 across various subjects (Science, Mathematics, English, Reasoning, GK, Computer Science).
Each student must appear only in their respective class-level exam.

3. Fees & Payment

Examination fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment can be made online (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) or through the school.

4. Examination Rules

Students must carry their Admit Card & valid School/Photo ID at the time of the exam.
Use of unfair means (cheating, impersonation, etc.) will lead to immediate disqualification.
For online exams, students must ensure a stable internet connection and working device.

5. Syllabus & Question Pattern

The syllabus will be based on the student’s current class curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).
Questions will test both concepts and application-based learning.

6. Results & Ranking

Results will be declared on the official portal within the announced timeline.
Rankings are final and binding; no re-checking or re-evaluation requests will be entertained.
In case of a tie, tie-breaking rules (subject-wise marks/younger student preference) will be applied.

7. Awards & Certificates

Eligible students will receive Certificates, Medals, or Scholarships as per their performance.
Awards are subject to the rules and decisions of the organizing body, which shall be final.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Student data collected during registration will be used strictly for exam and result purposes.
Organizers may use performance data for academic reports, rankings, and promotional purposes.

9. Disqualification

Misbehavior, malpractice, or violation of rules will result in permanent disqualification.
The decision of SCHOLARSIYA Olympiad authorities will be final and binding.
